I am going to take my hat off to Zoho as well. Another point is this list costs money and sure there are freemium versions or free alternatives, but adding this all up I spend around $1,000 per year to make my life function better. I chose to go with Zappier simply because I had to pick one. I have to take my hat off to Zapier and IFTTT. My need was to have fewer logins and more integration, so the Apps I use all are synergist to each other and cross-platform so a note may show up in multiple places, but that is OK with me as on the next sync it will travel across the app platform. I have created links to each, and perhaps I will go back to apps like Evernote, or find a new Productivity apps that is even better, however, to de-clutter my brain and protect my security, I am using the following MAC OS and iOS applications in my day to day life.
